If you have a Hostess, you can have her invite her guests into the Group SheShow. Have her give you her Guest List {names & phone numbers} so you know who her guests are and YOU can communicate & interact with them.
Please have all your guests in the group by Thursday. We will post the Welcome Video and TAG all the Guests who are in the group on Friday, which also helps with the algorithm and allows them to be more likely to see the posts. If they are not in the group before we post the welcome instruction video, they will not be tagged...
If they were not in the group by the time we make the welcome post on Friday, you can tag them in the comments of the Welcome Post once they are in the group.

Invite Guests to join! Use this the Image above ^ and the Script below to invite people to join our SheShow. You can use Canva or a photo editing app to put the dates of the show on it, if you want.
Message people individually and try to personalize it to them if you can. Say things like "I thought you would enjoy learning more about..." or "I thought you would really enjoy this experience because..."
Invite wayyyyyy more than the amount that you actually want to attend because usually about half of who you invite will actually participate if coached well. Coaching your guests is the key!

As you add guests, please go to the PINNED Announcement in your Unit Facebook Group and put the names of your guests in the Comments on that post so your Director knows which Guest belongs to which Consultant.
Please comment with an emoji on the PINNED Announcement at the top of the SheShow group. This helps with the algorithm and makes Facebook show the post to more people in the group
Friday Message
On FRIDAY Individually message each of your guests the Welcome Message-
Hey {Name}! Pro Tip:
Use their name in the message if you are messaging all of them on Facebook. If Facebook sees you copy/paste the exact same message to a lot of people, they will flag your message and NOT send it... So you have to change the text up a tad.

During the SheShow
Please interact with your guest's comments and keep your side conversation with her going throughout the event. COACHING & COMMUNICATING with your Guests is the most critical part.
We will be doing all the posts for you, but you will be responsible for following up with your guests and closing them. If you need help, just let your Director know.
Monday Message
On MONDAY, send a message to each of your guests and say-
Hey! So tomorrow night {Tutorial Tuesday} is my FAVORITE part of the SheShow b/c you get to learn about YOUR specific skin! We have our Skin Scan Social where you will be able to download our Skin Analysis Scan on your phone and scan yourself. We will post a video tomorrow night that will walk everyone through how to use the scan and how to understand their results. Everyone who follows the steps to scan themselves and answers the video questions will get a Glam Pack in the mail as a gift! 🎁📬 The only other way I know of to get a scan like this is at a dermatologist office so we are excited for you to experience it for free! You get to keep your results and will be the only one who sees them. Do you have any questions?

Text/Call them if they are not seeing your FB Msg. Not everyone checks their FB Msgs daily so shooting them a text or even calling them can help.

On TUESDAY, send a message to your guests-
Hey there! For tonight you will want to download the Mary Kay Skin Analyzer App before you watch the video. We will post the video at 7:00pm CST. You will want to watch on a computer or tablet so you can use your phone for the Scan while you watch. When you follow the scan steps and answer the questions in the video in the comments, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥!

During the Scan Social the guests have the opportunity to Nominate people to receive a Scan Pack, for every 10 names and numbers they write down for you they get a gift. {You can decide what the gift is... a free eye color, $10 product credit, a deluxe mini product, samples..} These names will be your referrals.

On THURSDAY, send a message to each of your guests-
Hey {Name}! Tonight is the last Live-Stream, it will be 30 min and we will be giving away 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐫𝐲 to someone who is watching Live! It will start at 7:30 CST. To watch you will go to facebook.com/groups/lipstickleadership and join the event. The more you comment in the chat the more chances you have to win. Will you be able to watch Live tonight with me?

If she can't watch LIVE Say-
No worries! If you watch it before we close the SheShow next Monday you will still be entered in the SheShow Giveaways! Just comment on the post in the Group with "Replay" and what you learned to be entered. You will receive 10 extra entries.
It is also a good idea to message them a 30 min reminder before the LIVE starts and say-
The Lipstick & Leadership will start in 30 min, in the Beautification group. Were you able to join the event ok?
After the SheShow
Your SheShow guests will purchase product from YOU, book & host their own SheShows with YOU and sign up with YOU.
The last Friday of the SheShow you can send a message reminding your Guests that they have until over the weekend to catch up on any posts they want to comment on before we do the Giveaway Monday.
Send your guests the link to the Session Survey: https://forms.gle/aQujh59URxXF2JRp7 for 10 more entries into the Giveaway! You will use the Session Survey to help you close your Guests.
On the following Monday we will post the Giveaway Winners.
You can message your guests Monday and say -
Hey Friend! The SheShow will be closing out today! Here is a picture of the specials that expire after today. During the Skin Scan Video on Tutorial Tuesday, they went over how this Bundle Sheet works. If you missed the video you can find it under the Tutorial Tuesday Topic at the top of the group. When would be a good time for me to call you and answer your questions?

If you want to give specific people extra time, you can totally do that. YOU can decide when you want to close out your people. PRO TIP: Don't wait too long between the time they heard all the info and the time they make the decision... Otherwise the size of their order starts to decrease... Most people wait until last min to make a decision, so if you give them until the end of this week for example, you are decreasing the amount of their order drastically...
Use the button below as a guide to help you Close your Guests when you connect with them individually. The videos below will provide you with tutorials on how to place product orders.
As your guests are placing orders, you can post "Thank You for your Order" images in the SheShow group and tag your guests.
Say something like-
"Thank you for your order Kelly! You are going to LOVE the Microderm System! Bye Bye Blackheads!! The Moisture Renewing Gel Mask will be a great pampering experience to do right after to soothe and soften your skin!"

Leadership Training Message
After your wrap up the Show, message each guest and say -
Hey {Name}! Thank you so much for attending the SheShow! My next step in my business is my Leadership Training. Could I borrow you to help with that? The training would take place on a quick zoom or call with Whitney & I. It's super easy and you & I both will be entered to win $500 Cash each! Does this sound like something you could help me with?

Then schedule the session on your Director's Calendar. Make sure to let her know that you scheduled something.
If you have a hard time connecting with or hearing back from certain people, send the list of names to your Director and she can send out messages to help you set up the sessions. Sometimes when the message is coming from your Mentor, people tend to respond with more urgency.
Next Steps
Layer each guest. If she didn't attend the Beautification or the Lipstick & Leadership LIVE, invite her on to the next one.
Say-
"I know you didn't get a chance to participate in the ______ LIVE. We are doing another one on {Date} and I would love for you to get to experience it and to get your feedback. It would give you another chance to win free stuff! Does {Date} work for you?
Invite her to attend the next SheShow as a Socialite.
Say-
We are doing another SheShow on {Date} if you want to join in the fun again and have a chance to win more free stuff. Schedule a follow up Session with her. If she didn't use a Facial Kit along with the Scan Social, schedule a time to meet with her in person or Zoom/FaceTime/Facebook Video Chat.. and walk her through the products as she tries them. If she did try the products during the SheShow, schedule a follow up session with her to try other Treatments she didn't get to try yet {Microderm/Peel/Satin Lips..}. The goal is to get in front of her again. Schedule this with her AFTER you have taken her order. You don't want her to wait to order until her next session with you. You want her to order NOW and order even more later at her next session.
